What is your return policy?
LandscapeLightingOnline.com will accept returns with an approved Material Return Authorization only, and does not include any warranty issues, which will need to be addressed with the manufacturer directly. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  However, each transaction is different in nature and therefore, problems are handled individually as well. Our goal is to have happy, repeat customers so we will do everything we can to reach that goal.  Should you have any specific questions concerning our return policy, please drop us an email and ask them.

How can I place my order if I experience difficulties with your website?
If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please give us a call @ (303) 884-5879 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days, however in many cases the lead time is less.  We always do our best to ship promptly upon receipt of payment.
 
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS at our discretion, depending on package size, weight, location, timing, and other variables.  Shipping charges are calculated using standard published UPS rates.  Should you need your order shipped via a specific carrier, please contact us prior to ordering.
 
Will the items I buy match the images shown on your web pages?
It is not advisible to order items based on the images shown on our pages as those images may differ from the actual product on hand in certain cases.  If you are trying to match an item that you already have, we highly recommend comparing model numbers in order to get an equivelant item.  We use manufacturer furnished images for our products whenever possible, but have found it necessary to take our own photos of products in some cases.  The images used on our web site are representative of the items we sell, however they may not be exact.  Please contact us prior to your purchase with any questions you have and we will do our best to give you accurate information pertaining to a product.
 
Do you ship Internationally, like to Canada?
At this time, LandscapeLightingOnline.com is only able to ship to the United States and Canada.  We are not set up to ship to other International destinations.
